Happy Holidays, and Happy 2007, a.k.a. the year of Flash!

Happy Holidays everyone. And Happy New Year! My new year is set up to be an adventurous one, moving to a new country, starting a new job at Yahoo!, and now returning to my roots of my early computing days and using a Mac. It doesn’t get any better than OS X, Parallels, XP, Cold Fusion, Eclipse with the Flex Builder plugin, and Parallels new drag and drop ability between OS X and the VM. It truly is amazing and makes web development and qa easy once again.As a Flash Developer we have a very exciting year ahead of us, continuing to learn Actionscript 3, Flex 2.0, Flex 2.1 slated to be released soon, and whatever other versions Adobe has up their sleeves. And the most exciting thing to come is Apollo, I can’t wait to get my hands on the final version of that. The possibilities will be endless! So brain, if you’re reading this, I hope you are ready for a big year, time to increase the hat size because I am going to be learning a lot!
